About POP-UP TUCSON

 

Pop-Up Tucson started after Riley Chandler saw Chef TJ Culp run a similar pop-up concept in Scottsdale called Pop-Up PHX. (TJ now runs a restaurant called Progress). Riley thought this concept would do well in Tucson, so in collaboration with TJ on May 1st, 2016 the very first Pop-Up Tucson event was held in the stunning Ventana Canyon complete with a live Jazz Trio and 360 views of the canyon. RIley likes to incorporate all the senses if possible when designing an experience. 

Riley continued to collaborate on additional Pop-Up Tucson events with great Chefs from both the Tucson and Phoenix areas including James Piazza of Bianco's Pizzeria & Jose Zavala of Ermanos. Pop-Up Tucson's critically acclaimed events are currently enjoying an enthusiastic local following.  

Most recently, Riley has collaborated on multiple dinners with Chef Kyle Nottingham, Executive Chef at Miraval Resort

Pop-Up Tucson has also recently welcomed  Ryan Moore to run the front-of-the-house. Ryan has expirence working in hospitality at Fox Restaurants for over 6 years.
